Making mental health & wellbeing more accessible, visible & rooted in community

Sovēra Collective is a roadshow company which brings mental-health practitioners, conscious brands and wellness creators in front of communities and organisations across Southeast Asia that are looking for ways to resource themselves and champion mental health and wellbeing.

We resource the people who resource others.

We partner with the communities across Southeast Asia that already hold the people who may be seeking help, and bring in healers, practitioners and conscious creators to shed light on what those people are quietly facing. Brands fuel the mission, carrying the roadshow from city to city.

That's the whole architecture. Our practitioners carry the depth, and Sovēra carries the connection: the curation, the introduction, the room.

We're on a mission to bring support while it still counts. To those who can't yet raise their hands: we see you, we haven't forgotten you, and we're bringing the right people to help shine a light on you.

1

Identify the mission

Every season opens with a theme. It sets who we gather, and why.

2

Select the talent

We choose the practitioners whose work speaks to that room. Not a directory, but a curated few matched to the season's theme.

3

Build the room

We find the companies, organisations, clubs and communities that already hold this audience, so the work meets the people who most need it.

4

Deliver

We hold the workshop. The talent does what they do best; Sovēra holds everything around it: the room, the care, the container.

5

Carry it forward

The work doesn't end when the workshop does. We hold the thread between people and practitioners, so the momentum carries forward.

Sovēra champions sovereignty.

Often called “self-ownership”, personal sovereignty is the foundational concept that you are the supreme authority over your own body, mind and life choices. It means that you own your existence, and no external entity has a higher moral or natural claim to your personhood than you do.

Sovereignty means having the ability to self-resource and act out of design, not fear, and this is why Sovēra was created. We want to champion a person's right to personal sovereignty, connecting the three pillars of healing to create access, visibility and meaningful impact.

Change the helm, and the ship follows.

Expert-led workshops

The people who hold the room

Our workshops are delivered by carefully selected facilitators who hold every room with safety, consent and respect for each person's pace.

A facilitator on the circuit

“Inner child work is about coming back for the child we left behind while we were learning to survive.”

Andee helps people meet the parts of themselves they have learned to hide. Drawing on depth psychology, somatic practice and Internal Family Systems, his workshops invite participants to explore protective patterns, reconnect with their inner child, and make room for both difficult emotions and play. His approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion and respect for each person's pace.

Owner of Samyama Self Healing Center in Bali and co-founder of Sovēra Collective, Andee brings a background in business leadership alongside his own journey of self-exploration. Born in Taiwan and educated at NYU Stern School of Business, he is completing a Master's in Psychology at the University of Roehampton in London.

The partners who carry the depth

Become a partner →

Sovereignty champions: the brands that fund the seasons, and the communities we build the rooms with.

Brands fuel the mission and carry the roadshow from city to city. Community partners open the room and bring the people who need it.

Tickets are handled by Megatix. Booking opens in a new tab.

Help the ones who shape the many.

A decision-maker who learns to regulate changes the culture of a company. A leader who returns to sovereignty changes how they govern.

Each season we focus on a group who carry others, and carry something of their own. People whose reach is wide, whose need is specific, and whose kind of help is rarely built for them. For the first circuit we begin with founders, leaders and decision-makers, not because their need is greater, but because their reach is.

When the person at the helm heals, the effect travels through teams, through families, through everyone in their care. Resource the few who shape the many, and the work reaches further than any single room.

Funding the circuit. City by city.

What your sponsorship builds

Brands fuel the mission and carry the roadshow from city to city. Here is what that funding buys, and what comes back.

A room your people are already in

We partner with the communities, clubs and companies that hold your audience, so the work meets them where they already are.

Practitioners you could not book alone

A curated few, selected per season and matched to your room. Not a directory, and not a conference panel.

Wellbeing budget that does something

L&D and CSR spend that lands as an experience your teams remember, not a subscription nobody opens.

Regional reach, one circuit

Eight cities across Southeast Asia in a single season. Fund one city or follow the whole route.

Visible, not branded over

Your name carries the mission. The room stays about the work, which is precisely why people trust it.

Impact you can report

Attendance, reach and follow-through per session, in a form your CSR and comms teams can actually use.

Yelii Tan

Co-founder · Strategy, brand and partnerships

She spent a decade building growth for others: go-to-market systems, sales pipelines and brands for startups, consultancies and publishing groups across Southeast Asia, the U.S. and Europe. Along the way, she learned how ambitious ideas become working businesses, and what that pace can quietly cost the people carrying them.

At Sovēra, she turns that experience toward the ones who shape the many. She leads strategy, brand and partnerships, curating the practitioners, building the rooms, and holding the thread long after each workshop ends.

She believes support should arrive while it still counts.

Questions people ask first.

What actually happens at a Sovēra session?

A practitioner leads a workshop for a small room, typically half a day, often physical or experiential rather than a lecture. The format is set by the practitioner and the season's theme, not by a template.

Who attends, and is it open to anyone?

Rooms are assembled through the partner hosting them, so most attendees come via their company, club or community. Open sessions are announced per city ahead of each circuit.

What does sponsoring a city involve?

A partner funds the season in their city and usually hosts the room. We handle the practitioner, the programme and the follow-through, and report back on reach and attendance.

How are practitioners selected?

Per season, by fit with the theme and the audience. We work with a curated few rather than an open roster, and applications reopen ahead of each circuit.

Is this therapy, and is anything I say confidential?

Sessions are educational and experiential, not clinical treatment, and they don't replace therapy. What's shared in a room stays in that room. Nothing personal is reported back to a sponsor or employer.
